It is our profound pleasure to inform all the Bhutanese in South Australia that the “Bhutanese Association in South Australia” has been incorporated from 5th November 2009, under the Association Incorporation Act 1985 Section 20(1) of Government of South Australia. This is our first milestone marking the successful beginning of our mission to serve the community and be served by the community – by working together. By striving collectively and constructively, we should be able to add to our Association successive milestones, transforming it into an institution that is strong, stable, effective and exemplary. Towards making this dream a reality, we earnestly urge all the Bhutanese Elders, Adults, Youth and Children to come forward to put your hands of cooperation together to strengthen our Association and make our community vibrant and stronger.

The Working Committee members will be holding a meeting to chart out the future course of action. The community members will be duly informed and asked to participate in the future activities of the Association.

We thank Bikram Adhikari and Kamal Dahal for undertaking and completing the task of getting the Association incorporated.
